Steps to Download Your Facebook Data and Messenger Messages
To export or download a copy of your Facebook data, login to your Facebook account and go to the settings page, then select Your Facebook Information.
Now click on the Download Your Information option.
In the Download Your Information page you can select information’s (Posts, Photos, Pages, Comments, Videos, Friends, and Other) that you have uploaded and shared on Facebook.
You can download your Facebook profile data with default setting or with a specific date range, format, and quality.
When you are done with your selection, click on the Create File button.
Now Facebook will start processing your file and will notify you when your file is ready for download.
You can download your processed file within the Available Copies section on the Download Your Information page.
